You're breathing air, pressurised to flow above ambient (hyperbaric) pressure in a hyperbaric environment. So all the rules of diving apply, non-decompression time limits, decompression stops if overstaying limits. In any other country it'd be a requirement to be certified.

It's diving with less freedom.

Notice they only discuss safety procedures when they get underwater!

That is seriously dangerous. I can see someone panicking and trying to swim back to the surface while holding their breath - which would result in lung overexpansion and death.

As cag said - just go diving instead!

Alternatively, realise that you're one of a species that made the evolutionary leap out of the oceans many millions of years ago and remain on land where your lungs work just fine, having non-webbed feet is a splendid thing for upright locomotion and you don't spend your days messing up the coral reef, complaining about jellyfish stings, shark attacks and other aquatic fauna that 'doesn't like you'.

(I'm just jealous because I'm not allowed to dive (epilepsy))

Isuzurover is right. Someone is going to panic and take their lid off and it'll all go horribly wrong.

You can do an "introductory scuba dive" without a medical - as long as there are a sufficient number of qualified dive instructors along.

I assume the same rules and regulations apply to this, and I would guess they do a proper safety briefing (unlike the outfit in the video)...
