I don't find my local vet that bad to be honest. Teeth clean for the greyhound was $300 including surgical removal of 2 teeth. Normal consult is the same as the Doctors at around $60 plus medication - which one of mine needs so usually around $100 all in once every few months. I can live with that.
Our two dogs Mr Carter and Mango actually looking like the are friends. I suspect they were posing for food myself. They get along with each other most of the time. The small dog Mango learned some respect though the other day when she tried helping Carter finish his food.
