    That ****s me when people get rid of an animal because its not convenient anymore, it would be like adopting out an 8yo child.

    Yeah, **** poor excuse IMO for giving up an animal. Considering how well trained he is, they must have put a lot of effort into him at some point.

    And although I'd like to take credit for rescuing him, he's not mine but another family members. The 2 Pugs keep me busy enough.Show us your ...........DOG

    Ours was a rescue as well,she went to some people as a pup at 8 weeks old,they decided she was too much work,so they returned her to the breeder 5 days later.

    We picked her up at 9 weeks.

    All 3 of our dogs are rescue dogs.
    One even came fom a Rescue Kennel, the other 2 our daughter "Rescued"!
    Not sure what she rescued them from or from where she rescued them.

    The joys of 10/11 year old girls.

    We have had to get a bit more strict about rescuing animals.
    She has bought calves & foals home & wanted them in the house!
