Quite a few stitches, quite a few hundred dollars lighter and Zara is back home safe and sound.
Dogs look so weird when they have there hair shaved.

Poor girl will be getting some love and attention over the next few days.

Nope she is a sad girl today

    What did i hear something?

OH!!!!!!! My favorite thing watching the kids rats i feel better now.

    3.jpg

They are breeding rats to sell and feed to our snakes. Dont hate me its just reality.
But she adores the rats. Like thinks there her kids lol. Why we want to breed her so bad. She is such a mum.

She had ketamine and Valium today. And honestly has been really drowsy and her back legs, bowls etc have not been working properly.
She has started to get better over the past hour or so.
    We do love our animals.

    Excuse the mess.

Poor girl she would have no clue what's going on with herself. How longs she on the painkillers for? If it's oral and over a few weeks keep an eye on her poo for changes.
Are they going to to do any tests on the lump?
At least she can't lick her head flat out but she will start rubbing it once she catches on.
Hope she heals without any problems for you.

    Cheers Jim

It took Snoopy a couple of days b4 his functions came back prob due to the drugs and anaesthetic, after he had a big lump removed. Just as long as she's drinking. Dogs can go a long time safely without food.

    Kelpies in Pilbara

Not my dogs, lifted from an ABC article during the week. Original on Working Dos Pilbara Facebook page. Given the conveyance I thought I'd post it!
