    Actually this comment shows me how lucky I am to have Ian...

    because he buys me the BEST presents and I never ask for what I want..but he always gets me what I want or what I need..occasionally he goes out on a limb and takes a chance. never got it wrong yet.

    So why can he do it and not you? possibly because he listens and is attentive to the things I want. Its funny because I'm pretty sure he is not a mind reader either

    Why don't you ask her if she would like to go a on a short introduction camera course to help her learn the basics of the camera...she wont regret going to it I can assure you

    Actually it's not that hard but it involves listening and observing and clear thinking, and not jumping to unwarranted conclusions. You can even use your newly evolved clear thinking skills to fix your Land Rover.
