    Double Posts after this message.

This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 29 seconds.

this is occurring to me quite often.

I cannot post my reply inside the 29 secs.

after I wait and post the reply it gives a double post.....some of you may have noticed recently.

    any explanations?

It is not supposed to, but if you do hit the submit button twice within that period it will post the message twice, leave it for a good period once you hit the submit button, it may just be that the system is busy and is taking a while to process.

    OR

refresh the page, copy your post first.

    Cheers Baz.

I work in IT and frequently come across users double clicking links that only require a single click.

Most web form buttons only require one click - if you double click, it will take it as hitting the button twice, thus the message will appear. If your message submits AND you get this message, perhaps this is the problem.
