UPDATE at 11:12pm 24/11... I just have confimation from China they will be landed in Aust at $81.50 Each Kit.
I have this one off chance to get them. The reason i'm doing this is to get a set cheap for me, but as we are all working as a team i thought i could help you all out. I have about 1 month to do this, then the offer will expire.
I wont get them in unless i can sell at least 6 sets up front. I can afford the rest but not the lot.
I will give the exact details on price when i find out in the next day or so.
If it is more than $100 each i wont do it. I'm not that flush with cash.
I was about to buy a Diff lock set but found them to pricey by the time they land in Aust. Great set thou.
Let me know. I'm sure most of you TDI owners will want a set.
Regards
Steve

ooohh...those bring back memories (of a not too hard job tuning a diesel.)
strange part is you actually tune the engine to the pump and not the other way round.
they used to go better afterwards, you need two people to do the job.
one under the car on the flywheel and one turning the engine. it is worth checking and adjusting.
word of warning...if you turn the engine with the tool in you will damage the tool...do not let apprentices use them.
do you have the instructions/workshop manual that tell you how to use the tools?
oh yeah ....
sorry i dont need a set as i have a td5 i dont think they are any use on that.
OK.
Still finding out the minor details like who makes them and warrentee ect.
Price as of 10 mins ago was confirmed at $81.50 Each Kit on there little box. This price is landed in Aust. Unless customs Get me........
Weight for the kit is less than 3kg so postage is easy to work out if your not in Melb.
As soon as i know the rest i'll get onto you all who have contacted me.
I'm waiting on customs to tell me what the problems might be.
Its slowly coming together.

Steve
Hey there am very intrested in the timing kit also I have sent you a PM with my details please call as soon as you get this
Cheers Matt
I'll have one if you're still looking for buyers.
Hi all,
OK i'm about to order the TDI Tool Kits.
Prices have been finalised and Customs are going to rip me off as i thought. I'm working on getting around that problem.
They will take about 2-4 weeks to get here. I'm hoping sooner the better. if its close to Xmas i might take longer so i need to get onto this ASAP.
I have the Fax and the Company details and all the info in them.
Its all correct and there will be no problems.
I can offer those wanting a set 2 choices
If you want to pay up front i will only charge my costs to have then landed in Aust.
If you want to pay after they get here then i will have to make some $$$ on it.
So the Prices are $81.50 AUD for those wanting to pay up front or $98.00 AUD for those wanting to wait until they get here.
I will be shipping them to you at cost from Croydon, Victoria (melb) or you can pick them up.
I'm only ordering 12 sets and this will be a one off. I'm not going through all this again.....lol..
I have about 7 or so who are definates and the rest if i dont sell them here will end up on Ebay at $120 each.
Let me know if you want a set and i'll send you my Bank details ect.
Kind Regards
Steve
