The only one I'm still uncertain about is the "service brakes". Brakes = remme so that's fine. Service in this case seems to point to the trailer brakes or whatever's hooked on at the back.
Service in this case can have 2 meanings, one being "diens", same as in servicing your car - but I'm not sure what the proper word might be for describing the "trailer" at the back, which I think this means.
Will be interesting to hear other opinions on this, could be a simple answer or a rather obscure word, as you get.......

As you likely know, in Australia and much of North America many trailers are fitted with electrically actuated trailer brakes. The military usually don't have this sort of system and it seems rare in the UK I have no idea if they have have this sort of thing in Africa.
In Australia under ADR the brakes are termed "Service Brakes" (see below) I would be happy to use whatever term would be used for "Electric Trailer Brakes" in South Africa.
