Disco 3 - I better win Lotto soon..

    Hi all,

For those that have not read enough about the LR3 or series 3 Disco. I found this:

    http://www.mvw.net/lr3/index.php

While all the electronics are still to prove them selves in the aussie bush.... there are not too many bad things being written about them OS and they seem full of some pretty cool toys!

Think in I had a toy like that on the dash.... I would run into a lont more inanimate objects while not watching the road. 8O

    DiscoTDI - "isn't" and a :?: , please.

Bytemrk - a comma after Ron and a :?: at the end of your question, please.

When I saw Bytemrk's correction of his initial post, I burst out laughing. I thought the same as DiscoTDI.

But "Think in I had a toy like that on the dash.... I would run into a lont more inanimate objects while not watching the road. " needed more.

    "Think in....." ??

Also, had I written the above, I would have put "whilst" rather than "while". However, some say that whilst is too formal, others write:

"In American English whilst is not normally used."

"In British English while and whilst are more or less interchangeable when the meaning is although or whereas."

Clearly, the meaning in the sentence is not although or whereas so whilst would apply.

    8) gorsh, i recon e ment ta sa 'thinkin'
an watsit mata aneway ow ya spellin is.

and as for the lr3 what a good jigger it would be.

the onboard screen with what's happening is similar to the toyota prius.
i went for a drive in one and the screen shows how much power comes from which power source and all the other stuff in great graphics with moving displays - very techo indeed!
