    Plastic Water Tank Cleaning

Somewhere on a thread in this or another forum I read of a method of cleaning out the plastic water tanks to eliminate the bad taste that new tanks can give.
Can any forumers give me any ideas :?: :?: :?: :?:

I recll hearing something about the solution which people use to soak their false teeth in at night.

A marine/boating place may also be able to help.

    Hi Richard
Try a homebrew shop, steralisers are very good and cheap.2 main types, the sodium metabisulphate (super steri) types that require a good rinse after or the colloidal silver types that dont need a rinse.
If your containers are fairly smelly or new the sodium one would be the go to help get rid of the plastic taste. If they are clean and not too smelly the colloidal silver is better,no harmful chemicals. Its great stuff to drink in dilution when you have throat problems/stomach problems as silver is a natural antibiotic.Thats why in the rich people in the olden days didnt get as sick as the peasants did,the silver that leached from their utensils and cooking equipment gave them a steady dose of natural antibiotics.
