    Very close, In card games, it was once customary to pass an item, called a buck to indicate whose turn it was to deal. if a player did not wish to deal, they would pass the buck to the next player. Bob

    . It would be next to impossible to design a circular rope system providing the same flexibility and support that the present system is capable of providing. From a purely mechanical perspective, the square "ring" is the most efficient design.
