50 St Catherine's Drive. Robin Gibb
The solo album Robin Gibb was working on before he passed away two years ago is available today. I am a big fan of the Bee Gee's and Robin's voice. The album's title is the house where Robin and Maurice were born on the Isle Of Man. If there is one family in the music industry that have seen the high's and low's its the Gibb family. From performing at Redcliffe speedway and TV shows in Brisbane,to being one of the biggest acts of all time with over 500 million album sales is a massive achievement. I still give my old man a bit of a ribbing about what he said about the brothers Gibb, he reckons he saw these three strange looking kids busking out the front of Brunswick st station in the early 60's and thinking to himself, 'these kids are not very good, they won't go very far' not one of his best calls!!!!
