sway bars are for on road use only.
real off-road vehicles DO NOT have sway bars.
they just make it cock its wheels.
So the 130 has lost them, youjmean ?
How does that affect insurance.
Still, I suppose you can't help it if they 'fell off somewhere' in the course of your off-roading.

130's rule
I had another gander at the 110 dualcab I saw the otehr day, it's a 1996 mode, and looks like it may be a custom job. there is runners on the roof like on series vehicles, and the rear tub has no markings at all, no LR badges, nothing. but the interior is very tidy, so i'm not so sure.

It looks good, but a 130 would have just that little bit more room. So i will go for one of those when i win lotto. Matt
And besides if you were wanting to carry serious volumes of stuff on a farm etc you'd either get a single cab trayback OR a decent trailer for it.[/b][/quote]
Yeah i had narrowed it down to the 130 or the tray back. I would love the single cab, but the 130 allows me to go away for the weekend and do some serious off roading with the family. I eventually want a new Disco and cant afford to accessorise two off roaders, so the Disco would be for the light stuff and general family trips and the 130 would be the harder off road stuff. Not sure what i will do yet. Matt

I am heading off on Thursday to take a look at a brand spanking new dual cab defender, but it is black. Look excellent, but worried about scratches, as I will definatly take her off road. I had a 99 xTreme before, and the last 2 year without a defender have been pretty boring....
Yeah talk about digging up an old thread !
