    RIP Wayne Goss

Sad to hear of the passing of Wayne Goss (The Goss Gloss). Ex premier of Qld from a brain tumour at 63 years of age today. He was a likeable and honourable bloke no matter what political persuasion you belong to. RIP and condolances to his family.
    Cheers......Brian

He always came across as an honest man, not something you find often in a politician.

An outstanding politician of Integrity, honesty and commitment. a very rare thing. Completely transformed QLD from the old Bjelke-Petersen days.

He certainly did a lot to clean up Queensland after the corruption of the Joh era. Its a pity some of his reforms have since been undermined, for example the Crime and Misconduct Commission.
