Can't remember which way round it is but either Paypal own EBay or the other way around. Agreed they're hopeless. They held a payment to me for a quad I sold. (Even tho Id stated in my advert not to use Paypal, the buyer did, 3 months later he got his quad as I refused to let it go until I saw my money... They held it as it was over $1000 and they thought we were laundering it!!??). I've heard of a company called Paymate but not used it. Most sellers now seem to have a link where u can pay by card (using a Paypal link) but the buyer does not have to have an account. I never sell on Ebay now as its a PITA, and Gumtree works well!![]()

Well I have never had a problem with Paypal.
I use it to pay for small items like books and toys and pay household bills.
I dont have any complaint nor a reason for concern.
