the sticker you can get from incisor, or click on the emporium page on the right hand side of the screen.
As for pics, if it is online, copy the URL of the pic.
THen post a message, click the IMG button, paste the URL and click the IMG button again.
then click the post button, and voilla, it (should) be there

Hi crump, if the pic is online you can do as phoenix said, but remeber you need to copy the url of the pic not the page, to get this you need to right click on the picture and select properties, its in there.
If the pic isnt online somewhere you need to start a gallery and post them in there. Just go into the Gallery section in the column on the right of the page. Go into members gallery and the in the menu at the top right of the page select the create gallery option. Once a new gallery has been created you can then click on it and use the same menu to add photos and edit things. Hope this helps. Matt
