    Steerring wheel knobs

    Are they legal?
    If yes, the driver need a medical certificate to use one?
    Would require a condition written in the DL?
    Inputs appreciated

    Arthur they are not legal. The only way you you legally can have one is if your are disabled and you'll have to have the vehicle setup up correctly.
    I have a friend who's daughter his paralysed from waist down and has her car modified and had to go through the correct channels
