Same here. Google Maps and images is hopeless of late. You can't just shuffle thru large pics any more, and maps seems to be very slow, and cluttered with other irrelevant stuff.

I'm another that doesn't like the newer style from Google Maps and the recent changes to 'My Places/Maps' have left me frustrated.

The "new" home page only appears at work and you cant do anything further. Must be something to do with the firewall.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

that is part of the google api

there are sites out there that will automate making the code for you..

wordpress and most decent cms have an interface to the api built in or in a plug in

Just had the same problem crop up on the computers at work (yes, still here.....) With an older version of internet explorer, clicked on "compatibility view" and all is back to normal..... it would seem that your browser might not totally agree with google maps....

I have used google maps a few times in the last week and I just now went and had another look.

It still works ok for me.
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."
