I am pretty sure 3m double sided tape would do..Pretty strong stuff .I think after a couple of days if it really grips..we use it on 10 kg mirrors stuck to a wall and they aint going nowhere..if anything you cant budge them to square them up ...
Hi all,
I have managed to acquire a pair of secondhand weather-shields / wind-deflectors for my D1. The problem is that I am unsure of what type of adhesive or double sided tape, etc would best be used to fix these to the door frame. I am hoping to avoid the inconvenience of them flying off at speed and burying themselves in the windscreen of the poor bugger behind me!
Is there was any product that is the preferred choice for use in this situation? Also, what length of time is it good for before re-application?
Many thanks,
Cripesamighty

When I had a succession of company provided Playdo's, I used to transfer any accessories I'd bought between them when I got a new one. Used 3M double sided tape all the time without ever having a failure.
I think the Playdo would fall apart before the tape failed.![]()
Cheers .........
