    A huge thanks to BMKal

    Brian.
A huge thanks to you and your manager Brendan for getting Lindsay a "toe in" to WATPAC.
My young bloke is doing Engineering at UWA,and blitzing it at that.Exam results over 89%,and even had a 100% recentley,he is awaiting this years final exam results tonite
They say the only tougher course at uni is becoming a doctor
Lindsay has been appointed a mentor with WATPAC to gain onsite experience in his career as an Engineer.
Lindsay needs temporary accomodation in the Bunbury/Busselton area whilst working in the Uni off season on Iluka minesites(aprox 3 months from January),he has Perth accomodation and will be back in Perth whenever he isnt in Capel working on his UWA Race Car project.
If anybody can help out send me a PM.
    Thanks
    Andrew

    Hi Andy,

I have a really good mate in Bunbury but he just took off to Europe for 6 weeks! If your son is still stuck for somewhere to stay in January, let me know and I am sure something can be arranged. There is always a bed free somewhere down there.

    Cheers,

How come our kids are smarter than us, Andrew?

Our daughter has nearly finished her medical degree (she is already an RN). She must get the brains from her mother.

    Interesting question Ron.

But I agree with you.....they are quite a bit smarter......but they don't have the CDF.

No problems Andrew - glad I could do a little bit to help by introducing Lindsay to the right people. The credit for getting this offer all goes to Lindsay though - he certainly left a very good impression with Brendan and others on the couple of occasions that he's been in the office. I'm sure that he will learn a lot from Jason and will enjoy his time with us - and continue to do you and Deb proud.
    Cheers .........

Congratulations to your granddaughter too Arthur.

Just tell her that "Pediatrics" is Spanglish for "Geriatrics" and she will be right.

Don't do it Andy, just enjoy the reflected glory. There'll be plenty more accolades coming his way.

For those of you who haven't met Lindsay, BMKal has not exagerated; Lindsay will impress where ever he goes. Not only does he have brains but he is most likeable, respectful and considerate. Lindsay is a credit to his parents, school and community, but mostly to himself. I feel honoured to have met him.
