A deep sea trench, or underwater canyon, or fjord, for want of a better name, can produce the same effect as one above water, if a massive amount of solid matter is displaced. Do you know how many fault lines there are between Adelaide & Melbourne? I can show you, if you are really interested. Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

IMHO the best way to avoid it is to keep the eye on the local fauna.
If animals start moving to higher ground, follow them

I guess if you ask the Vics, they will say just one.

Then why post in the thread? It could be regarded as a form of harassment, if you don't like it, leave it alone. Bob

I learn very quickly. Let's hope we all stick to the happy formula. Then we'll all be happy. Bob

Not harassment at all. I'm just posting my point of view on a public forum, much like everyone else does. Just because you don't like or understand what I'm posting doesn't make it harassment. There is no malice in anything I have posted.

This forum would only get a 10th of its current posts if every thread stayed on topic...
