A site to show where plastics go once in the ocean

I clicked on Port Philip Bay and the site tells me they have no data for the area.
Must be OK to throw my plastic rubbish in the gutter.

They use the plastic duck symbol after 28,000 of them escaped from a container lost at sea from a ship in 1992. From that incident, oceanographers were able to track ocean currents as they'd never been able to before.
