My guess is they are seeing how quickly and how well they sell. No point spending millions on development if no one wants them. But as you say they will soon get on the D3 band wagon. Matt

I would have though as the bonnet comes ontop of the guard.. rather than next to it like the Disco 1 and 2... a Snorkel might be hard to design... I can see how it will work and still allow the bonnet to open..;-(

Hi Chris ... why don't you just ask for the "G4 Pack" ... .. looks very sweet to me .. especially the roof rack with lights. It's even got a winch .. no heavy ARB bullbar needed

Is the G4 pack available in Aus? It seems silly to spend all this money providing vehicles for the G4 and then not milking it for all its worth selling kits to people who like the look of them. Matt

You would think so, but the only people to capitalise on the G4 stuff, were the individual managacturers like the guys who do the roof racks.

when the LR3 was still in the "Coming soon" bracket, and details were leaking out, I thought that there was a factory snorkel slated as it would be an easily bolted on due to the new air vent design?

Are the bits and pieces avaliable on the aftermarket scene if you want to make your D3 like like a G4 Disco? Matt

AFAIK yes.

LROI is building up a freelander to be just like a G4 flander, and i've seen other replicas. you just need to know who makes what and get it. in some cases you can't get the exact replacement, but you can get pretty close.

Hi,

Newby here.

What I'd like to see available is the Wrangler 18" muddies. Have a close look at the tread pattern on the G4 website.

Cheers.

You can't afford a D3 this lifetime and already you are worried about accessorising it :?:  ---- fair enough :!:

I don't think this is an exact quote. I believe the wood was yellow. Oh and in the quote you have from the last lines of the poem "I" should be written twice... let's see... oh, yes here we are:

Robert Frost (1874–1963). Mountain Interval. 1920.

To where it bent in the undergrowth; 5

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there

In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back. 15

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,

It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".
