Don't the G4 vehicles have the standard Goodyear MTR tyres?

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>Hi Chris ... why don't you just ask for the "G4 Pack" ... .. looks very sweet to me .. especially the roof rack with lights. It's even got a winch .. no heavy ARB bullbar needed
    [/b][/quote]

    Hi Greylandy,

All I'm after is a snorkel. I checked on other O/S forums if anyone knew if the G4 snorkel was available and the answer was no at that time. I reckon a local one will be cheaper than a fatory one and will do the same job when or if it comes out.

Some of the accessories are avaiable from LRA. Like rook rack, front and rear light brush guards. The plastic A-bar and steel brush bar. The winch set up doesn't appear in the Australian accessory catalog but is widely available O/S.

    Chris

No. It's the 18 inch rim (or 19 inch on the V-eight) that's the problem.

Let's see how good I am at posting a link:

(Select Australasia as your country and you should automatically get the pic)

Goodyear do make em, it just seems that Aus isn't bringing them in yet, which is surprising considering the increase of 4wd's using larger rims.

the UK goodyear website shows the MTR in 255/55R19

    the US shows LT265/70R17, LT275/70R17, LT285/70R17 and LT305/70R17

Looks like they've missed out on the 18" rim altogether.

that appears to be the case.

For the life of me I can't find what size rims the G4 vehicles use. the range rover guys were howling for a while because the size that they had on the range rover took ages to get to other countries from the first G4 challenge.

I think the G4 Disco's are using the 19" rims. I only reckon this is so because it is the same style as the standard rim on the HSE V-eight.

Very interesting to see a 19" rim doing the rounds of the G4. I thought it would have been 16" max.

    Hi PCH,
Checked with my local TJM and ARB stores this week. Said that they should have a full range of D3 Accessories in the "Next few Months". You may have to wait a short while, but hey, you'll still be able to Drive your Disco 3.

I've got to wait until August for Mine!!! (waiting, waiting, waiting)
At least a range of accessories should be available by then 8O
