Humans may not be perfect Chucaro, but a similiar incident happened here about four years ago and a young boy WAS killed. so yes, you have to be mindful when you leave a vehicle.

I agree mate, but this things happens and we have to accept it as part of human behavior.
I just wonder how many accidents a day will be avoided if we were perfect and how many people will have a DL if only the perfect ones will be allowed to drive
