One less 110 on the road

    Long time between posts..........

My 110 was written off on Tuesday just gone.........minor hail damage from the storms
before XMAS. It was interesting to see the process and how salvage rights worked.

The buy back price was right for a syndicate of young fellas interested in her, sold the 110 to them the same day.

It was picked up Thursday night and it was sad seeing it drive off into the distance (even if it was reduced to two wheel drive).

My new job includes a company car, a dual cab hilux for reasonable personal use..........am now researching what to replace the 110 with for the odd unreasonable trip.

I guess there will be no defender day this year............

Bit of a sad day when you've owned it for so long. The storm probably forced your hand and made the decision for you.

Go buy a RRV tdv8. You'll feel much better. 😄
