    For future reference, if you are in the Raa they offer free legal advice.
    Also, if the company is an approved repairer, the Raa will be onto them.

    I guess that would depend upon how expensive are the meals at the RAA.

    Well for one they did not even apologize, were instead somewhat miffed that we had made this discovery. For what reasons they were miffed i don't know and do not want to speculate. They denied that they had ever removed one with that much cut out of it before. Tried telling us that de webbed ones warp in no time. They basically were goofing around for a bit. Mostly denying. They denied giving a warped one which it was very warped. Mine is perfectly straight. They also knew exactly where mine was :/ after 2 months would have thought it was either lost or moved on. Thry said something about we would have been charged for it. Yet no evidence on invoice about it. Im just glad i have it back. There is something wrong witg that place. If they made an honest mistake id have thought they would have been very apologetic. they will never see a penny from me again.

    Not blue, not black.

    I thought I had done well at school but I don't recall such a colour. maybe I need to relearn my "ROYGBIV" etc to be " ROYGBIV I " s etc?

    I much prefer the old uniform but there you go...
