I fully understand the definition.

In a public forum I am quite entitled to defend another poster if I believe offensive words are being used against him.

If you have to ask - "is this what you're saying" and then add some new dimension and call me blissfully ignorant, it's just a statement based on confusion or frustration.

History is violent, we're kidding ourselves claiming to understand the whole dynamic of current political 'posturing'. It may never be revealed or take centuries to come out.

I wish I was blissfully ignorant actually, I certainly am tending that way as any attempt to 'educate' me is filled with such passionate vitriol... there's no consensus amongst the haters, just a common goal to ridicule.
