Yeah, mine has the ROH alloys, 7inches wide. It has 205's on them at the moment, but i reckon they are to wide, i was going to get the 255's, like i said, but i was worried about them scrubbing aswell. I am actually glad i downsized abit. MattQuote:

hi ACE
I thought you were happy with the tyres on the training
No far from it, they have been ok till now, but one they arent wide enough and i dont think the tread pattern is agressive enough, they just block up. Cant wait to test out the new Mickey Thompsons. MattQuote:

DZ- the bridgestone are ok, but as you said they arent wide enough. The Mickey Thompsons are a bit wider, they could have been wider, but the wider size wasnt available and i am being careful with the rolling diameter until i get the lift. Matt
Well they were fitted today. They look good, no RWL though. I should have photos tommorow, and they will get their first test on the weekend. Matt
Have a look at these Cooper S/Ts only 6000ks old and i wasn't the only one with this problem they were replaced after a warrenty claim with some arguing by Brendon at Don Cornells with the newer S/T-Cs.
If you look around the tyre you can see the other lugs are cracked and ready the come off

I did not see this thread otherwise would have posted here about them i haven't been on here alot lately either  sorry guys anyway wise choice Matt but i would of gone for the 245/75/16s or the 265/70/16s more common in the bush.
Baz.
Ok, here are some photos. They are bloody good tyres, they have a fairly agressive tread for an all terrain tyre, but there isnt any road noise at all.
