Thread: Waterways Wildlife Park - Gunnedah

I happened upon this place today while I was in the area and wondered if anyone else here had ever visited the place?

While I'm not really an expert on these things, I must admit I was fairly impressed with the collection they had there. Some of the specimens must be a lot rarer than you'd imagine on first glance and the variety was quite broad.

Many are kept in a private area which is not accessible to the public but are in plain view. There were at least a couple you could get tight up close to and touch.

I am of course talking old Land Rovers.

There are some animals there too and for the $5 entry I reckon it's well worth it for the animal lovers and Landy enthusiasts alike.

The park doesn't have a good reputation for looking after it's animals, there's been a few complaints over the years.
