That's pretty wide ranging and open to interpretation. I'm not questioning the mess - it needs cleaning up, but if someone starts picking on my cars, they will incur my full wrath. Can't see that they can though as making an assessment of what is a nice vehicle or an ugly one is purely subjective. There are a lot of Fords in the street - they are far uglier than anything else around, maybe they should all be issues a notice too...

I reckon the neighbour's house is "unsightly or detrimental to the health and general amenity of the Neighbourhood". Perhaps he should be made to knock it down.

Any issues, of which there are few, are normally dealt with face to face. They deal with random complaints like the one in this thread by coming out to have a look. 100% agree this is the way it should be done. Talked through and a mutually agreeable solution found. Once I've cleaned up, I'll go and have a friendly chat to him to see if I can make him feel comfortable enough in the future to just knock on my door and have a chat. I get on with most people, I just seem to have missed the mark so far with this guy.

So which neighbour are you throwing stones at their verandah to shut the dog up?

I'm glad you live there too Bob. . Funny thing is that I know everyone in the street, also everyone at the end of the street, and 4 houses behind me on an adjacent street. The only person that won't talk to each other around here is the douche next door. I think most streets have them - you know the one that doesn't get on with everybody and just causes issues for the sake of it.

Also funny is that all my neighbours except him have offered to come over and help clean up on Friday arvo - they're all on Facebook and are friends on there so have seen the message SWMBO made about it. My bet is he will cop more grief from my other neighbours than myself. That's happened in the past too.

So now both car are on the lawn.
Drive way has the boat and Mario's disco2 and my car and the lawn also has the trailer and the camper trailer and yes they are all registered so let the council laugh about that, They can not do anything about it.
Mario is getting sick of fixing the boys car from people who can not drive and take off.

I feel your pain, but theres a reason I have a vehicle with big bits of steel around it and armoured up light guards on the front
