    Australia's deep sea canyon

Now, this is not recent news, but I haven't heard it, so chances are, some others here have not as well. But I think it is interesting, Bob

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Yeah, I know, mate. I've just single finger typed the description of the coolant system, and thermostat & by-pass valve , from RAVE, in the D2 section. Now, that is rough, my finger hurts. Bob

Saw a documentary a while ago on the Murray canyons off SA.
They had tagged a 2.5 metre Great white with a location and temp sensor. It suddenly disappeared but then the sensor turned up on the surface some time later and they were amazed at the depth that the shark went to and the fact it was eaten by something larger! they determined this from the sudden temperature rise and concluded that the shark complete with tags was swallowed by something else. can't find the video but here is some info on the canyons.

There are some big sharks out there, the biggest here had a whole seal in its stomach. Caught off Philip Island. Bob
