It's not easy to photograph these magnificent 87 year old trees but here's another 'graph looking up into the canopy.

Then it has to be a hoop pine? I don't know of any others that havn't been guessed.
But that doesn't narrow the location by that much.... only to the east coast
Sorry, but not a Hoop Pine either.
The seeds of this pine are 10 to 12 mm long and are edible.
Apparently not a pine, actually we don't have pine trees(native).
