No to all of the last three. Cooke Plains is the closest so far, although at 9 metres altitude still a little high. :)

On two different computers with two different internet connections Google Earth tells me it is 4m...

I discounted Lake Alexandrina thinking it was well away from water :(

Well, Google tells me Cooke Plains is 9 metres altitude, go figure. Anyway, "not by the sea" doesn't discount "by the lake". :)
