This would be a good (very short) trip for the deluded D4 owners who reckon their vehicles are a match for (or more capable than) a Defender. :p:D:wasntme:

A group of five OKA's completed this trip earlier this year. It would certainly be 'stretching the envelope' for the Land Rovers ground clearance but doable with the right setup.

It is in Karijini NP but which gorge/falls is it?

Very, very close fitzy.
When I was there I walked from the photographed one and exited the gorge area via Dales & Circular Pool.
I'm sure I'm close to passing the baton. :D
