as XTREME was the only one to even hazard a guess, he can take the next stint.

Ok Roger, I'll go 'he' for a bit longer...this is on the route I take to Licola (more specifically, on the way back from Licola as it's on the other side of the tree) but not on the Licola road itself. Again, there's a big clue to the locale in the photo itself.
More clues...think bovine battle, look for crop circles and head for the hills.
Cowarr - Seaton Rd near, dare I say it, Dawson?
Give the man a cigar. Pretty much 'in' Dawson I would say; no township, just a locality with farmers by that name. The crop circle mentioned is the centre-pivot irrigator swath visible on Google Earth, very few of those in the area. This little 'tree house' is around halfway from the Seaton road intersection to the dogleg, visible on the left when heading south.
From 2005 but I wouldn't think it's any different.
Two pics for ease. The only two I've got, mind!

Hunter Creek, Cape Leveque.
Easy as Pod!
Yeah sorry very recognisable spot.
Just down the road for the next one:
The crab was caught right next to the excavator and the loader is about 50 meters inland.
