Most a2 milk comes from Guernsey cows they are brown and white not black and white. Not trying to stir ( well not too much anyway) I drink 1 or 2 litres and myself usually with milo or strawberry quick

I might get some and give it a try!! We sometimes buy Mungalli Milk when we can get it and its apparently organic milk or something comes from the Atherton Tablelands in FNQ and the cream sits on the top its very nice!!

the amount of cream (fat) in the milk depends on the race of the milking cows and how much it is taken out by the dairy company during processing.
The difference between A1 milk which it is the most common and the A2 is the type of proteins o them.
There is no scientific evidence on the benefits of A2 milk and grand part of the information about come from a very good marketing strategy.
A2 milk is not GM, studies reporting that come from a mutation which can be up to 10000 years old.
Regarding possible allergies caused by A1 milk which are not caused by the A2 it is because A1 has the protein beta-casomorphin-7, (BCM-7)which can be a weak opioid receptor agonist.
If in doubt about health benefits between the 2 the best it is trying both and see what it is the best for you.

ALL milk used to be A2.

It wasn't A2.....it was just normal milk.

Nuts that it's now considered to be different rather than the norm.

I don't drink milk anyway. I lie, I don't mind a good strong iced coffee now and again.

I will give it a go out of curiosity if they sell it here.

I was raised on Sunshine powdered milk on the farm.

I was thinking of getting back on it as it lasts longer and doesn't go off.
but I would need to check the salt content first.

We buy UHT but it's only for tea and coffee, not drinking.

I rarely drink milk since we were forced to drink the milk delivered to school when I was a kid. It always seemed to be left out in the sun to get warm.
