Hmm, I am curious about this stuff now.
If I can find it I will try it on my cereal.
I will have a look on Thursday when I shop.

Can you actually notice a difference in taste or what is the attraction ?

But whatever we buy it is still all cheap milk.

Doesn't matter if 3.50 or 1 or 2 dollar, its all the same.

If the Farmer wasn't being screwed and cheated we would be paying the proper price !!!

    Oh well.

I used to drink a glass of warm milk to help me sleep. Can't say I know that one milk is better for this than another. A mate used to say a glass of warm milk before painting or varnishing would stop you getting a fume headache. Never put it to the test though.

Those interested in A2 milk, particularly those who are dismissive or seeking evidence relating to health issues associated with A1 and A2 milks, may like to get hold of a copy of Devil in the Milk: Illness, Health and the Politics of A1 and A2 Milk by Keith Woodford. Woodford is Honorary Professor of Agri-Food Systems at Lincoln University, New Zealand and has a particular interest in the health issues relating to A1 beta-casein. He wrote Devil in the Milk in 2007. He holds a PhD from the University of Queensland and a Master of Agricultural Science from Canterbury University. He has worked in more than 20 countries on agri-food development projects. He is a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Primary Industry Management, and a Member of the NZ Society of Animal Production. He has published in journals as diverse as Meat Science, Community Development Journal, Systemic Practice and Action Research, Proceedings of the NZ Society of Animal Production, European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, International Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition, and Primary Industry Management. You will also find useful information here: https://keithwoodford.wordpress.com/category/a1-and-a2-milk/.

I don't think my parents could afford to buy milk for us 6 kids to drink.

That's fair enough Ron , I grew up in the UK where milk was provided by the state . Many children didn't drink It because didn't like It ! but It was there . For some reason I thought that school children got milk here as well . I must admit I don't know to much about Australian schools , at the time I was growing up !!.. Jim ..
