Sorry just realised it's the same video, I do remember seeing this back in 09, I was amazed then and are still today, R.I.P Vic

Champion axe man dies peacefully, sitting under a tree at Gympie, aged 96, Bob
Looking back: Vic Summers - Landline - ABC
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food
A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Vic Summers won his first competitive chop at the age of 14, & his last at 78, taking out the veterans event at Sydney's Royal Easter Show. In 1938 , in the tree felling event, he started with a handicap of 46 seconds behind the front marker & won. In the same event in 1951, he had to climb down to retrieve a dropped board, climb back up to finish the chop, & still won. A humble champ, with very little ego. Bob

What amazed me was still winning comps at 90, which was his last, finally retiring and chopping hardwood, just amazing.
