good luck Mate - here's one to add to the collection.
Alright it was last week, but I got a bit sidetracked.
Anyway this is a bit of a pet subject with us.
Information can be found here:
Learn About Brain Cancer | Cure Brain Cancer Foundation
Some people on the forum have met myself and my beautiful wife Rocio (the 'roc' part of rocmic).
She has started a gallery on her Facebook page of people wearing beanies for brain cancer. At the moment this seems to be getting populated with her family in Peru and friends from Canada and Peru, I think it is about time some more Aussies showed up.
So if you would like please post a picture on here of you or your car!! in a beanie. I will put it on Facebook or if you don't want to be on that all encompassing site, I won't. I can always use your forum name rather than a real name as well. Just let me know.
Even if you don't want to be in the Facebook gallery, she will be pleased to see it here.
I will try and figure out a way for people to be able to see the Facebook gallery.
Anyway to get the ball rolling here is my ugly mug
Cheers
Mike
PS Happy Mothers Day to all

Hi Mike, do you have any recommendations on places to donate money? Any organisation in particular you think are better?
[FONT=""][COLOR=""][SIZE=""]Thanks Dark61 and Judo
Judo, the Cure Brain cancer Foundation I mentioned in the first post is pretty good. If you have a look at their sites, their is a section on charities and research projects they work with, including the John Trivets Foundation. John Trivets started one of the biggest Land Rover dealerships here in Sydney and unfortunately passed away from brain cancer in 1997
Cheers

Ah, I was looking on my phone last time. Now it is obvious how to donate. I didn't wear a beanie sorry, but I just made a donation on the site you posted. All the best.
Judo, thanks for your support, sorry I have been a bit busy and not actually doing much looking at the forum. Just running around: home to work, take Rocio to treatment, back home.
A friend of my wife is in a choir here in Sydney and he posted this on youtube for her

Brought tears to both our eyes.
Cheers
