I actually like very strong Caps or double shot espresso. Cafe Latte is actually a cows name on the farm
I have tried a few types of instant for the caravan and they are all horrible. I might have to dig my mocha thingy out that at least will work on the gas hob in the caravan. Actually I am yawning my head off as I type this, I think I will dig it out now.

I've been playing with the commercial grade coffee machine in the hospitality unit at work (gotta have a few perks) and I can certainly report it takes more effort to get skim milk to froth properly.

I was in a cafe recently and someone ordered a decaf skinny chai latte. I had to think a bit to imagine the taste. All I can say is it couldn't be worse than International Roast!

If you want a good Chai (skim milk or not) try the 'David Rio' brand which comes from San Francisco. You can buy it here in Oz too.

See the coffeesnobs link above for a fantastic chai. Its not powdered so you have to steep it in water to a thick reduction and then add to stretched milk...fantastic! !

    Cheers

There was another bad coffee in a jar. if those brain cells are still there, I think it was Bushells brand.
