Always enter a Defender bum first, and then swing the legs in.

I find left
foot first then hoist yourself up and in works best.

An idea that I would consider after winning a big lotto. Would it be possible to fit the power plant from a Japanese bullit train into a Melbourne tram ? A racing tram so much fun anda bit unique.
