Occasionally I read a caravan owners forum,...... one scribe mentioned neon instead of led, and was quite rightly corrected. Now did that cause animosity . Pleased I don’t own a caravan, oh hang about , now where did I leave that Trakmaster?

I was banned from that forum for pointing out something extremely unsafe with some wiring someone had posted - which I did in a professional and friendly way and went through better ways of doing it. The PM I got says I was a troublemaker and not welcome. [biggrin]

Reminds me of Andrew St Pierre White's report I watched recently about how he was threatened by a certain South African caravan manufacturer for pointing out their use of rubber in their axle design was certain to fail.
The design did fail and the company eventually changed the design.
