Its a balmy 16 in Logan Central.
We have an athletics carnival tomorrow, so that's going to be fun watching the kids running around trying to keep warm because they refuse to wear the school tracksuits.

The hot water system in our other house literally exploded last night (blew a hole in the top) and sent 250 litres of boiling water through our tenants' laundry and into the lounge and family room. Fortunately it didn't cause an electrical short while our tenant was walking through the water!
I suppose it is 30 years old, so that's not a bad run. Insurer says the hot water system isn't insured because its a consumable, but any damage it did is covered. Getting quotes to replace it now.
