I had to let go over the side this morning at 0300. Little yellow Icebergs in Botany Bay????

I find it very hard to pee on boats. I once spent 7 weeks on a Navy ship going to the Solomons and back, when it was rough I found it very hard. My stomache muscles just won't let go. I had the same problem in a life raft on a survival exercise. I wanted to jump in and get wet but everyone said I couldn't get back in because it was too cold. July in Townsville. I was trying to squeeze it out over the side when a Navy bloke stuck his head over my shoulder and commented. Had stage fright then. No go.

Had the worse case of Cramp I've ever had in my life , in bed last night - lower right leg. When I tried to extend it it felt like something was going to snap. I've wrapped it up today and have received special dispensation from Mrs D for light duties only.
