I'm watching The Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy at the moment - the film from 2005. Need to watch the BBC version again soon I think as well.

Try downloading the original BBC radio serial.

I would rather a cinema actually showing second run and b grade movies. Had many a great nite at the midnight rocky horror screenings.

Got the books.
Got the records, too. They're as rare as.

You need to watch the TV series, then the movie, to notice the cameo appearances.

The movie was rubbish. Bought the DVD, watched it, gave it away. Marvin was all wrong. The whole film was like they were taking the wee-wee out of Douglas Adams.

Yes, it didn't translate too well to the visual format.
Mark Wing-Davey Was the best Zaphod. Geoffrey McGivern was a strong Ford (The TV and Movie ones were weak) and Susan Sheridan played an intelligent Trisha (Trillian).
