If its a Troopy with the Factory Turbo EFI diesel,that motor is the older version with the turbo and EFI added and should be OK.The "problem" motors are the 100 series 4.2 Turbos,they are a different motor putting out quite a bit more power and torque,151kw+430nm VS 122kw+380nm for the ute/troopy turbo.

Nissan up in smoke
the Nissan huggers are claiming that Nissan has recommended the wrong engine oil, 15w 40 mineral oil. Huggers are saying for the rest of the world Nissan is recomending 20w 50 synthetic, sounds like a BS excuse to me.
