I wouldn't have a clue what the local fuel prices are............or anywhere for that matter.
When I'm near empty I just pull in, fill up and continue driving.
I normally look on fuelwatch and fill up at the cheapest place within my area although there's a few servos I never use. I think the Woolies down the road from us had cheap petrol today because when we drove past cars were queuing onto to roads.
When its like that I'll go elsewhere its not that big a saving that its worth my time. When I had the long range tank to fill that was a different story though.

You'll come to realise in time that Ron upholds correct spelling and grammar, often in a witty way, it's not malicious.
Now back to the original topic - living in country NSW, we just get the raw end of the pineapple no matter what. Around Christmas was particularly insulting, Coles advertising 99c/L at all Sydney metro petrol stations in the newspapers daily, whilst we were still around $1.40-$1.50 (Dubbo).
Its like going to different shops trying to save a few cents but wasting $$ in fuel while doing it , i fill up when the little orange light tells me to.
