Been a lot to absorb in the last 10 days
It must have been a big shock. Good luck and keep us posted as to how it goes.

Just been diagnosed with Cancer in the early stages, but work is to much fun.
And BTW plenty of super so that's not a factor.

    What to do
    Andy G,

Like you I had a stressful job in South Korea, a wife who had just had breast cancer surgery, and was on medication for 5 years, so we decided to pull the pin & take early retirement, that was 8 years & 4 days ago. Wife is now fine, but I had a nasty melanoma removed 3 years ago & have 3 monthly check up's, & daily self checks for any signs of lymph system lumps. So my advise is just do what you enjoy. I would definitely get another Defender in PNG.

Now there's an option worth thinking about
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

That is a lot to absorb.
Mind you, it's a good thing to get it early.
They say that the majority of men of retirement age actually have prostate cancer, but it's dormant and only when it becomes active do people notice.
Get rid of the prostate - you can live without it.
