How bad are these wheels?
I don't think they've ever been cleaned prior to my purchase. I initially thought they were powdercoated black.Quote:

Probably take the wheel out too. Walnut shell used very carefully might be ok but I'd have to remove and strip the wheel. The upside to that being, it should be easier to polish.Quote:
